How to Delete Your Data

You can delete individual delivery routes without deleting your account. This removes the route and all its stops (addresses, recipient names, phone numbers, and notes) from both your device and the cloud.

  1. Open the Tornee app on your device.
  2. Go to the Routes tab.
  3. Tap on the route you want to delete.
  4. Tap Delete and confirm.

No data retention period applies — deleted routes are removed immediately.

How to Delete Your Account

You can also delete your entire Tornee account from the app. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

  1. Open the Tornee app on your device.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Scroll down to the Account section.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. The following data will be deleted:

What Gets Deleted

Data stored only on your device (local routes) is not affected by account deletion. You can clear local data by uninstalling the app.

No Account?

If you use Tornee without an account, your data is stored only on your device. Simply uninstall the app to remove all local data.

Need Help?

If you are unable to delete your account from the app (for example, if you no longer have access), contact us and we will process the deletion for you.
